It is inevitable that the government’s increase in employers contribution to National Insurance in April will impact on the industry to a considerable extent.
There is still a significant amount of hand stripping undertaken at a time in which employers are forced to look at staffing levels. However, mechanising the process may be the solution, proved to reduce the labour element of the process by up to 75%, freeing up other resources.
